Beamex Introduce New CMX Analytics Dashboard to Manage Calibration Process

Jakobstad, Finland – Beamex Oy Ab, a leading provider of calibration solutions, has introduced a new CMX analytics dashboard to help customers more readily analyze trends and discover productivity and efficiency improvements, as well as cost-saving opportunities. The dashboard provides users with a visual overview of the data included in the Beamex CMX Calibration Management Software, displaying it in easy-to-read reports. 

The calibration management software is a paperless, automated solution that assists the user in safely and efficiently planning, managing, analyzing, and documenting all calibration activity and assets. It is automated and simple to use, reducing the time and cost of calibration work while eliminating the possibility of human error and limiting the risk of non-compliance.

The new analytics dashboard extracts information from the CMX database and displays it in Microsoft Power BI, an industry-leading data visualization tool. The analytics dashboard may also be viewed on a smartphone, making it much more convenient. The analytics report comprises the most often used analytics, such as calibration key performance indicators (KPIs), reference standards, calibrator traceability, work order management, and scheduling.
