Tuttlingen, Germany – CHIRON Group’s traditional in-house exhibition, OPEN HOUSE ONLINE is scheduled to take place from June 15-18, 2021, and will feature several machine premieres, a 360° tour, and exciting Innovation Talks. Last year, the exhibition was held online for the first time, attracting many visitors. The virtual door opens on June 15 and will remain open 24 hours a day for four days, welcoming visitors from all over the world and offering exclusive peeks at the Group’s different areas of expertise. Visitors can be accompanied on their tour by their own personal Group's contact partner, adding a personal touch that traditional exhibition visitors will recognize and providing them with the opportunity to discover exhibition highlights together and dive into expert discussions. Experts from the Group will present information about the latest developments and trending topics in live streams during the Innovation Talks. Some of the company’s co-operation partners will also demonstrate their innovative solutions.
At the virtual exhibition, the new MT 715 series, designed for autonomous and multi-functional machining of bars and feed parts, will make its global debut. The event will also mark the debut of the DZ 28 double-spindle machine. With a spindle clearance of 1,200 mm, it is ideal for machining large-volume structural parts such as those found in the e-mobility and aviation industries. The Group’s Micro5, an extremely compact and dynamic manufacturing center for highly precise machining of small components, is aimed at visitors interested in micro-machining. The STAMA MT 733 and the AM Cube, the Group’s first 3D metal printer, are also among the product highlights on display.
The online event allows the Group's customers, interested visitors, and business partners to meet, communicate, and experience technology ‘live’ in a completely new way. Bernd Hilgarth, Chief Sales Officer, CHIRON Group said, “These days, many exhibitions and events are taking place virtually, but our OPEN HOUSE ONLINE 2021 is sure to be something very special. No matter where in the world they may be, whether they're joining us from their workplace or their home office, our visitors will be at the very heart of the action – from the digital tour of our actual factory to the exciting live discussions. Everything that drives their production process is waiting to be discovered. We are looking forward to the event and keen to get stuck into expert discussions with our guests.”
