Based on design proposals on four different themes (Small is Big, Medical Devices with Innovation, Stop Pollution at Source, Design Product for Rural Entrepreneurship, and Re-engineer Products for Contactless Operation because of COVID-19), the eminent jury selected 11 teams in three zonal rounds. On the basis of compliance with the theme and product design feasibility, the selected teams were chosen.
The teams developed innovative solutions that address both the technological and the social challenges of today and of the future. The participants were able to work seamlessly by using the SOLIDWORKS applications based on 3DEXPERIENCE platform, with their respective team members virtually on cloud to overcome the difficulty caused by the pandemic.
