Bengaluru, India – Mitsubishi Electric India introduces Extended Warranty Contract (EWC) for its selected Computerized Numerical Controllers (CNCs) products to support customers with better services. In addition to providing prompt response, reliable technologies, and a user-friendly support system to ensure a better after-sales service for its clients across the world.
The CNC covered under the extended warranty contract are mentioned under three categories. First, ‘ECONOMICAL’, for economical controllers like, E70/E80 series with Turning/Grinding/Gantry Machines; Second, ‘STANDARD’, for Standard Controllers (M60/M70/E70/M80/E80 series) and for MAZATROL (M64 series). Lastly, ‘CUSTOM’, for Windows/Customized Controllers of Japanese Machine tool builders (Yamazaki Mazak Corporation /DMG MORI CO., LTD./CITIZEN MACHINERY CO., LTD./Kitamura Machinery Co., Ltd., and more) including C70/C80 series and of Taiwanese Machine tool builders (SHE HONG INDUSTRIAL CO. LTD. etc.)
The EWC provides field assistance, online technical support over the phone and email by company staff members, provision for spare parts, and lifetime support assurance. It will accompany a brief discount and special payment terms. Parts and services including, specific selected parts for Spindle motor, Servo system, CNC unit & Amplifiers, and others will be covered in detail in the contract. Priority Response, Low Running Cost, Low EWC Pricel, Lower Breakdown Time, Free Inspection Visit, No Hidden Costs, and CNC Service Support 24 hours (Optional), are the characteristics that make the new EWC stand out.
