Eicher Motors Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

New Delhi, India - Indian manufacturer of motorcycles and commercial vehicles, Eicher Motors Ltd (EML) appointed Kaleeswaran Arunachalam as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. EML is the listed parent of the oldest motorcycle brand, Royal Enfield, the global leader in middleweight motorcycles.

In this role, Kaleeswaran will report to Vinod K Dasari, CEO, Royal Enfield, and will be part of the Management Team of Royal Enfield. He will lead the finance function for Eicher Motors. Kaleeswaran takes on this role from Lalit Malik who has been the CFO of the company for the last 10 years. Lalit keeps on being the Chief Commercial Officer of Royal Enfield.

Kaleeswaran Arunachalam has 17 years of broad involvement in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, business partnering, investor relations, fundraising, strategic planning, audit, and risk management. He has played an instrumental role in the transformation of Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited as a market leader in its segment, through retail formats and own brands, driven by a strong business and financial model.
