The big draw this year is the electric versions of Zero Point Systems (ZPS), along with new flange modules and compensation devices for large workpieces. “Manufacturers need tools that adapt quickly and work harder, and our ZPS innovations, including smaller modules, are designed with exactly that in mind,” Mohan explains. Hydraulic clamping systems now feature 360-degree swivelling for greater flexibility in complex operations.

“Key manufacturers like LMW, Makino, Phillips-Haas, Tsugami, Hurco, and even large fixture manufacturers like RV Forms & Gears have AMF products on their machines at IMTEX this year,” shares Mohan. Visitors can witness live demonstrations simulating workplace conditions, in addition to displays and live presentations. These interactive displays provide a hands-on look at how Andreas Maier’s innovations can optimize real-world manufacturing environments.
