Centreless Grinder with Fixed Work Rest Blade Arrangement – CLG 5025 FWR

 The Manual Centreless Grinder CLG 5025 features a fixed work rest blade with regulating and grinding wheels mounted on a moving slide. Typically, the machine is designed with applications involving long round bar grinding for through feed grinding.

The machine accommodates long round bar components ranging from f3 to f120 mm, with a maximum length of 245 mm in plunge grinding. It supports a grinding wheel of up to f245 mm, operating at a surface speed of up to 45 m/s, powered by a 22 kW motor.

Both the grinding and regulating wheel heads are designed with anti-friction spindle bearings to ensure maintenance-free operation. For enhanced rigidity, both wheel heads are mounted on V and flat guideways. Additionally, copying templates are available for both grinding and regulating wheel dressers.

The machine also offers the possibility of integrating independent floor-mounted automation systems.
