reCool® by REGO-FIX is an affordable retrofit system designed to convert external cooling to internal cooling for live and static tooling on CNC turning and Swiss automatic machines. The system enables a quick conversion of flood-cooled driven tools with ERM mini threads to through-tool coolant capabilities in as little as two minutes. By directing coolant to the cutting edge, it improves cooling efficiency, heat dissipation, surface finishes, tool life, chip control, and overall productivity. reCool® operates with both emulsion and oil coolants, is low-maintenance, and supports speeds up to 12,000 rpm and coolant pressures up to 100 bar.
