UCMCombiLine for Low Throughput

Experience precision cleaning with the UCMCombiLine, the ultrasonic cleaning system, designed for manual workstations. The unit is equipped with an oscillation device for the cleaning basket. The movement of the basket enhances the cleaning action of the ultrasound and improves the drip characteristics of the stainless-steel basket.

The system is available in 5 sizes from 50 to 220 l. It has a dual frequency available for 28/68 kHz, 40/80 kHz, 80/130 kHz or 40/130 kHz and can be switched easily as one needs. The UCMCombiLine can be operated as a stand-alone unit or in combination with several modules of the same series.

Energy Efficient: The efficiency of converting ultrasonic and electrical energy is greater than 95 percent.
Optional Extras: The circulation system with a filter, oil separator, bubble tank, rinse tank, high-pressure spray tank and dryer, etc. can be upgraded as needed.
