The machine features a heavy-duty double-column construction, manufactured using seasoned castings. Powered by the Fanuc 0i TF Plus series CNC system, the JVTM-1.2 is user-friendly and easy to maintain.

The Roller LM guideways in X axis facilities smooth operations of milling as well as turning by precise movement. Box guideways in Z axis facilitates vibration dampening which enables machine for heavy-duty machining with desired accuracy and surface finish. Additionally, the Z-axis features a hydraulic counterbalance to protect against axis drop and reduce motor load. Telescopic covers on the X-axis safeguard the ball screw and guideways from chips and coolant, enhancing durability.

The JVTM-1.2 is compatible with an angular head for 90-degree machining operations, enabling multiple processes in a single setup.
