Grind Master NANOFINISH BRV Series is an excellent example of collaborative breakthrough Indian technology development, built for the superfinishing of high-precision bearing raceways for Cylindrical Roller, Taper Roller, and Ball Bearings. Raceway superfinishing is a critical operation in the bearing industry, and until now, most machines for this process were imported from Europe or Japan. Finishing is required for both the Inner Race (outer ring) and Outer Race (inner ring).

The NANOFINISH BRV range provides a high-quality Indian alternative that matches imported machines in build quality and process accuracy, while offering superior features, particularly through its intelligent control system. The first machines of this series have already been installed and delivered excellent results.

Raceway superfinishing for Ball Bearing raceways is mission-critical, with stringent surface finish and geometry requirements. By developing machines for this precision application, Grind Master has become one of the few companies globally to achieve this. The development of Ball Bearing Raceway Finishing has been carried out in collaboration with AMTDC-IIT Madras under the support of MHI, Govt. of India.
