Advanced Shot Blasting Machine

The Shot Blasting Machine Tumblast Type from Surface Finishing Equipment Company is of upgraded quality compared to the ones generally available in the market. The machine has a powerful bi-directional direct drive blast wheel station. The work cabinet of the machine is fully lined with special manganese steel sheets to retard wear. The door of the cabinet has a pneumatic cylinder for automated opening and closing of the same.

An abrasive-adding device is fitted on the abrasive recycling system which automatically adds the abrasive as and when there is a shortage of the abrasive in the storage hopper of the wheel. The system houses an effective newly designed powerful air dynamic air separation system that constantly removes the fine abrasive.

A vertical independent panel with all controls is provided and the panel can be positioned as per the requirement of the customer. The main cabinet and the abrasive recovery and cleaning system are connected through a duct with a reverse pulse jet type or cartridge type of dust collection unit which provides suction power to the blast cabinet and abrasive recovery unit.

The machine can be further automated by providing a Program Logic Controller (PLC) and various accessories. Due to its unique design, the overall maintenance cost is the lowest when compared with other machines in the same segment.
