Bilz ThermoGrip® Shrink-Fit Units

Discover the future of mold clamping technology with the ThermoGrip® ISG3410-WK shrink unit. The fully automatic system promises to revolutionize workflows with its precise shrinking in seconds, ensuring maximum safety and preventing incorrect entries and overheating.

The clamping range is from Ø 3 mm - 32 mm, optionally up to Ø 50 mm with liquid cooling.

It features an automatic shrink-fit unit with liquid cooling and drying capabilities. The cooling time is 20 seconds. The unit ensures fully automatic cooling followed by drying of the shrink fit chucks, enhancing efficiency.
