Hydraulic chucks are designed to be used in applications where high accuracy and rigidity is needed. They are effective for reaming, drilling, and threading at high spindle speeds.

Their features include powerful clamping force, exact axial length adjustment, intermediate sleeves, and versatile clamping range. They are easy to handle and facilitate easy tool change. Minimum tool run-out ensures a good surface finish and extends tool life.

Hydraulic Chucks are available in the following shank types: BT (MAS 403), PLBT (FACE-CONTACT), HSK A (69893), and SK (DIN69871).

Mounting instructions

• Before each use, inspect tool holders for any damage. If any damage is detected, it is advisable to not use them.
• To secure the clamping force, the clamping bore and groove have to be cleaned after every tool change with a cleaning agent.
• For optimal lubrication of the clamping screw, it is recommended to use GREASE/Copper paste (Cu7439) MOLYKOTE, known for higher retention capability.

Cleaning instructions

• Holder and bore need to be cleaned with fresh cloth before use.
• One must refrain from using compressed air.
• The contact surfaces of the tool holder and the machine must be clean.
