The system is composed of the following elements:

• 3-roll or 4-roll plate rolling machine specifically designed for rolling cans and cones. Depending on the application, it can be equipped with linear or planetary guides or variable geometry technology.
• An advanced Wind Tower Automation System that includes a feeding table, top and side supports, and a clamping system. Controlled by CNC technology, this system optimizes plate handling and ensures a high level of automation, especially for onboard tack-welding.
• A Siemens CNC PGS-Absolute with advanced wind functionalities and a heavy-duty and rigid structural frame that guarantees utmost accuracy, an electronic balancing system of the rolls to achieve maximum precision. A high bending force capability is installed to ensure accurate plate pre-bending.
• A high-tech hydraulic system, guaranteeing perfect repeatability and facilitating series production as well as boasting high-speed capabilities while simultaneously consuming low power.
