TCT Circular Saw Machines are the new benchmark of productivity in mass production applications. Such machines are replacing shearing machines, automatic bundle cutting bandsaw machines, and automat lathes (Traub) machines.

Salient features of Circular Sawing Machine Model ITL-CSNC 80 XL

It is a high-precision machine with a cut length accuracy of up to +/- 0.050 mm per 100 mm. It incorporates a Controlled Crop Cut feature that enables accurate adjustment of the initial cut piece's length for a new bar. The excellent cut-surface finish it provides does not require any facing operations, thus saving significant material and production time. Longer cut pieces can be cut very easily as the shuttle stroke is 1000 mm, with multi-indexing. It enables dual-bar cutting for round jobs with a diameter ranging from 10 mm to 30 mm.

Applications of Circular Saw Machines

Circular saw machines find diverse applications, including suitability for cold forge shops with minimal weight variation in cut pieces, use in forging units, cutting traders, automobile industries, fittings/fasteners manufacturing, arms and ammunitions, infrastructure projects, refineries and petrochemical plants, end cutting in CNC production centers for auto components, and general-purpose batch cutting requirements.
