It utilizes TECNOPUNCH technology with rotating tools (auto-indexing), allowing rotation from 0° to 360° and reducing the number of required tools and sheet metal waste. The TP Alpha Matic 5 features the smart turret system, a compact and versatile automatic tool changer with 5 auto-indexing stations, with station setup in 12 seconds and tool change during program execution in 3 seconds. It represents a junction between single-punch and high-production automatic machines.

The servo-electric FANUC motor, free of hydraulic oil, delivers high performance with low energy consumption.

With advanced CNC functionalities, extensive connectivity, teleassistance, and readiness for Industry 4.0 integration, the TP Alpha Matic 5 represents an advanced solution for modern production needs. The company also has a thick turret with up to 52 stations.
