TECNA Weldcon India Pvt Ltd is a joint venture company between TECNA S.p.A., Italy and Weldcon India Pvt Ltd, India. TECNA Weldcon is engaged in manufacturing state-of-the-art resistance welding machines for Robotic, Manual, and Automation applications.

The product is a new generation Robot Spot Welding Gun from the Light series. The main performance characteristic of this machine is that it’s lightweight. The company’s 100kVA MFDC Spot Welding Gun weighs only 85 Kg, which is a feat to be achieved by almost all other players.

It is capable of providing a high electrode force to weld Aluminum, Boron Steels, and such applications. Powered by TECNA’s Hi-Tech Inverter and Controller System, gives it a higher precision in maintaining tight control of welding parameters. Industry 4.0-compliant Fieldbus protocols are available.
