The profile sections are constructed from specially shaped steel, and dedicated trolleys move effortlessly within these sections, demanding minimal force—less than 5 percent of the rated capacity. For these types of solutions, the running cost is minimal compared to any other similar overhead solutions as manual applications can be used for Cross travel and Long travel applications. It, in turn, reduces the investment in electrical parts and their running cost. This type of profile crane is best suited for localized handling of components in the assembly line of the Auto sector, maintenance work, machine shops, etc. The cranes range from 125 Kg to 2,000 Kg to meet the customer requirements.
