The company’s hardware/software solution works well with any established ERP. Usually training in any new software would require a big learning curve, but with the advantage of Digital Twin technology, which the company provides as a package, the collected and processed data can be viewed and monitored via a 3D model of the factory layout. 

ChattingBirds also provides operator/employee productivity monitoring with a Bluetooth-based ID card, which it has named ‘Find your Sakthi’.  When both machine and operator production tracking is implemented, the manager of the factory is provided with Machine OEE, Operator OEE, Rejection Pareto Analysis, and Downtime Pareto Analysis. This will help the management to plan for better operational planning.
