STM VD 510 for Mass Production

STM’s VD 510, a high-speed, high-productivity Drill Tap Center is a compact multi-tasking Speedo machine used for the machining of Automotive parts, Electronic parts, and Aerospace parts for mass production.

Equipped with a highly rigid structure, a highly efficient spindle, the latest CNC Controller, and a fast and precise ATC, the Center machines complex parts with the lowest cycle time. The lowest tool changing time (1.5 sec), higher spindle rpm (up to 20,000), a compact footprint, and the highest rapids (48/48/60 m/min) lower the non-productive time and justify the speed and productivity for a broad range of complex parts.

Options of the 4th and 5th axis, fixtures, and complete tooled-up prove-out solutions are available to give the best output possible.
