Addverb Technologies Expands Globally and Announces Key Leadership Appointments

Tapan Pattnayak, Director, System Architecture, Addverb Technologies

Noida, India – Addverb Technologies Pvt Ltd, India’s leading Robotics and Automation company, has announced key appointments to its international leadership team in order to accelerate its global expansion and improve its competitive position. Tapan Pattnayak has been named Director, System Architecture, and Brajesh Jha has been named Head HR - International & Corporate for Global Operations. These hires follow the company’s recent global expansion into the markets of the United States, Singapore, Europe, and Australia, as well as a recent fundraise from Reliance.

Pattnayak is a seasoned product development professional who joins Addverb from Google. He has extensive experience designing and developing ICs, PCBs, Power Systems, Signal Processing, Hardware Design, Firmware, and Connectivity. He is an IIT Kharagpur graduate in Electrical Engineering and has worked as a research consultant in IIT Kharagpur’s Advanced VLSI laboratory, where he helped establish India’s first Analog DFT research group. An industry veteran with a couple of decades of experience in renowned organizations such as NVIDIA, Google, Intel, Philips, and Cypress, he is now ready to work in a field that combines all of his previous domains pertaining to Autonomous Robotics, Wireless Display & Audio, Biomedical, and impactful use of AR/VR.

Brajesh Jha, Head HR - International & Corporate, Global Operations, Addverb Technologies

Jha will be in charge of conceptualizing and leading the Human Resource strategies to support Addverb’s global growth, including employer branding, talent management, performance management, global workforce management and integration, and the adoption of innovative people practices throughout Addverb. An alumnus from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), he brings a decade of diverse experience of working with global giants like Walmart Labs, General Electric (GE), and Infosys Technologies, where he was responsible for revamping and institutionalizing HR frameworks while cultivating culture, diversity, and inclusiveness.
