Syrma SGS Technology Gets Recognized by MeitY for Outstanding Contribution to India’s IoT Product Manufacturing

Chennai, India – Syrma SGS Technology Ltd was recognized with an appreciation award from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) for its outstanding contributions in manufacturing IoT products in India, at the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ event. MeitY and the Government of India hosted the event to acknowledge the accomplishments of Indian companies in the digital technology space.

The ‘Azadi Ka Digital Mahotsav’ is a joint initiative of the Government of India and MeitY to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive India while also charting a roadmap for the future. The event highlights India’s digital transformation journey and instills a sense of self-reliance in the fields of technology and communication. The award ceremony aims to recognize India’s best achievements in the digital space, such as investments, women empowerment in electronics, startups, domestic champions- smartphones, laptops, IoT devices, and more.
